Party Masters is Arizona’s premier DJ entertainment service specializing in mobile Disc Jockey entertainment. We come to you. Our professional disc jockeys (music entertainers) and MCs (Master of Ceremonies) are knowledgeable, personable, and interactive. We can play any music you request for any occasion (Weddings, Mitzvahs, Corporate Events, Anniversary, Birthday Party, etc.) and make any announcements, as requested and needed. Submit a playlist of music you want to hear, and we will play it. Party Masters wants your experience with our service to be memorable. For years, Party Masters has entertained at thousands of events from small Private Parties, Weddings, Mitzvahs, Birthdays, to events as large as the Super Bowl (2015). Music Requests & Your Event
YES... we take requests! Prior to your event date your assigned entertainer (DJ), or a sales team member from our office, will review your event in complete detail with you a week prior to your event. We will discuss your music selections/requests, timeline, and planning forms that you completed online. On the day of your event, your assigned DJ will arrive at your event between 60-90 minutes prior to the start time, listed on the signed agreement, to set up everything in the location you choose. You DO NOT pay extra for travel, set up or break down, as this is done on our own time. Once the sound system is set up and tested, your DJ will coordinate the order of events from the paperwork and/or conversation(s) you previously conducted. Each entertainer will be appropriately dressed (your choice of attire) specifically for your event and ready to begin the music and entertainment program on time.
Communication & Specialization
Communication is important and the staff at Party Masters take great pride in listening to you and offering any advice to make your event memorable. During your initial consultation, with one of our event specialists, we will explain the services in detail and answer any questions you might have about the DJ services and options we offer. It's important to us that from your first visit with us until the day of your event, every detail is planned for your enjoyment. Once your event planning (paperwork) is completed, an entertainer will be assigned. Your entire file will be provided to your assigned entertainer two to three weeks prior to your event date. With so many events happening each weekend, we do not want to overload the paperwork and cause confusion. This system has proven success over the years with our staff members and it allows each client to receive our undivided attention. Approximately one to two weeks prior to your event date your assigned entertainer will contact you to review the complete details of your event. Following this routine will allow us the time to prepare for last-minute requests or unknown surprises. Keeping the lines of communication and familiarity open between our clients, office staff and the entertainers is critical to the ultimate success of your event.

Our professional DJ/MC staff and entertainers know how and when to interact with you and your guests without going too far. Each Party Master DJ entertainer will read the "vibe" of your crowd and do their best to get everyone involved in your celebration. We Make It Happen!

What We Do:
Our DJ/MC entertainers are fully trained to make announcements and play a variety of music, reading the "vibe" of the room, to ultimately play the appropriate for each changing moment at your event. Your DJ will get involved on the dance floor with you and your guests to either conduct specific events and/or teach specialty dances. The music selections will depend on the demographic and vibe of your guests. All of your music requests will be played at the appropriate time, however the vibe of your guests, and your requests at the event, will dictate the style of music. We also have bilingual DJ/MCs (Spanish/English), if requested. Plus, a variety of International music per your request.

Since each event is unique, our DJ service prices are based on your event date (time of the year) and time (hours). Weekend events are typically more expensive due to the popularity and time of the year (summertime events are less). Depending on what you need, your specific needs, the amount of time, set up location(s), etc, we can provide you with a very competitive price quote. We offer basic DJ service packages to more complex (videos screens, additional lighting effects, additional sound systems, Karaoke, and more.
