The professional wedding team of experts at Party Masters can help you make your wedding day as special and fun as possible, stress-free and for the right price. We understand that you have a lot of critical decisions to make for your wedding day event, and our experienced wedding event planning staff can help you design the perfect Phoenix wedding day just for you!

In essence, a wedding is a family reunion. Family members will reunite and reminisce for the first time in years while new faces are introduced to the extended family. With the natural emotions of the occasion, the anxieties of reuniting with family members and meeting new people can be overwhelming. The professionalism of the entertainment and the music selection will ease their anxieties and help transform a family gathering into an exciting celebration.

Party Masters can provide all of the proper music and professional sound equipment (and lighting effects) plus, capture the emotions with our professional Videography service, at your wedding ceremony, cocktail hour and/or wedding reception. We also offer additional sound systems to be used independently from one another, so there is a seamless flow of music/entertainment from the ceremony, to the cocktail hour, and to your reception.

WEDDING EVENTS

Wedding Dancing

Your Ceremony: We can provide the music & sound and play any music you request from minute the first guests’ arrive to the conclusion of your ceremony (Prelude, Processional, Unity Candle, Recessional, and any special event music you require/request). We will also include a wireless microphone so everyone can hear your ceremony.

The Cocktail hour: If you plan on having a cocktail hour prior to your reception, we can provide the music & sound during this time. You can choose the music or we can recommend a music program.

Your Reception: We will supply all of the music, sound, lights and hosting at your wedding celebration. Prior to your event, a personal meeting will be arranged to go over all of the music & events you want, and don’t want. We listen to you - It’s your special wedding day!

We’ll create a custom PixVid™ montage and it show during your reception (or during other events) on our big screen supplied by us.

Wedding planning services: Our team of expert wedding planners in Phoenix can assist you with everything you need including: Selecting your wedding venue and the proper layout of the reception area, music entertainment, photographers, florists, caterers, videographer, and anything that pertains to your wedding day event.

What will be REMEMBERED MOST at your wedding reception?
The following information was complied from various national surveys:

  • 74% of all Brides/Grooms say they wish they would have spent MORE TIME selecting their DJ Entertainment company for their wedding reception.
  • 95% said they regret not spending MORE MONEY on the wedding reception entertainment and regret choosing the DJ Entertainment based on the lowest (cheapest) price.
  • During the wedding planning stages: Brides/Grooms say their highest priority is their attire, followed by the Venue & food selection, and Entertainment was the last item on their list.

A Typical Order of Wedding Day Events

The following order of events will provide a general scenario of how your wedding event day will unfold.

Your Ceremony (Optional Service)—Party Masters can provide all of the ceremony music during your ceremony. We have a complete library consisting of all of the traditional (original) music recordings to play at the appropriate sound level and at the proper/specific time(s) during your ceremony service. Prior to your Wedding event date, your Party Masters’ entertainment staff member will play and preview each song/version so your ceremony is exactly how you envisioned.

The music will begin approximately 30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony. As your guests arrive, the music selection will consist of classical and romantic ballads.

Ceremony sound system consists of:

  • Two professional JBL powered speakers on stands
  • A professional Mixer/CD unit for your music
  • A professional wireless microphone system (lapel or handheld) to be used mostly by the person(s)
    conducting your service.
  • All of your requested music played at the times you choose by a Party Masters’ professional DJ.
Cocktail HourWedding Reception

Cocktail Hour (Optional Service)—Immediately following the ceremony the photographer will escort the bridal party and family members to a private location for formal pictures. At a separate location your guests will enjoy hors d’oeuvres and cocktails with a variety of easy listening music in the background.

Cocktail Hour sound system consists of:

  • Two professional JBL powered speakers on stands
  • A professional Mixer/CD unit for your music
  • A variety of “background” music played at the appropriate level.

Your Reception—Your guests will arrive at your reception location with the proper music (type/style) playing at the appropriate level.

Your Party Masters’ entertainer will review each of the following “List of events” with you prior to your wedding event day. Some of these events are not appropriate for all weddings. Your assigned entertainer will help you design the exact selection of events you choose or elect not to perform, in the order you prefer.

Reception sound system consists of:

  • Two professional JBL powered speakers on stands.
  • A professional Mixer/CD unit for your music
  • A professional wireless microphone system (handheld) to be used during toasts and other events during your reception.
  • All of your requested music played at the times you choose by a Party Masters’ professional DJ.
  • 2 Vertigo multi–color lights to enhance the dance floor area.(non-obtrusive)

Additional sound equipment and lighting effects are available upon request. Additional fees may apply.

Introductions—Outside of the reception area your entertainer will privately align the bridal party in the order of introduction. With professionalism and enthusiasm we will introduce ourselves and welcome everyone to this wonderful occasion. Creating an exciting atmosphere we will individually introduce the bridal party ending with a standing ovation for the Bride and Groom.

Dinner Music—Your DJ will play wide variety of hand-selected music played at the proper “conversation” volume level, so you and your guests can enjoy a memorable dinning experience.

Toast—The best man and maid of honor will toast the bride and groom during dinner. The parents and others may request to toast the bride and groom in-addition to the best man and maid of honor.

First DanceFather Daughter DanceGarter Belt

First Dance—The bride and groom will be called to the center of the dance floor to celebrate their first dance as Husband and Wife. The DJ will play the special requested song, you selected, for your first dance.

Father / Daughter Dance—This is a special dance between the bride and her father. During this song we will invite all of the fathers and daughters to join them on the dance floor (optional).

Mother / Son Dance—This is a special song between the groom and his mother. During this song we will invite all of the mothers and sons to join them on the dance floor (Optional).

Bridal Party Dance—The bride and groom will share a special dance with their bridal party. During this song we will invite all of your guests to join them on the dance floor.

Open Dance Floor—Immediately following the bridal party dance the DJ will start the dance music, keeping the energy level high as family and friends celebrate the day. Party Time!

Cake Cutting—Approximately 45 minutes after the open dance floor, all of the guests will be asked to gather around the bride and groom as they cut the cake.

Garter Belt & Bouquet Toss—Following the cake all of the single ladies will be called to the dance floor as the bride tosses the bouquet. Following the ladies all of the single guys will be called to the dance floor as the groom tosses the garter belt.

Garter Exchange—The gentleman who caught the garter belt will put it on the lady who caught the bouquet.

Anniversary Dance—All of the married couples will be invited to the dance floor for a special dance. During these songs, by process of elimination, we will determine who is the longest married couple.

Honeymoon Dance (a.k.a. The Money or Dollar Dance)—We will invite the maid of honor and the best man to join the bride and groom on the dance floor. We introduce the honeymoon dance to your guests as their personal one on one with the bride and groom. It is a dollar or more to dance as the ladies line up behind the best man to dance with the groom and the guys line up behind the maid of honor to dance with the bride. The best man and maid of honor will collect the money as the DJ keeps the line moving.

Group Dances (Optional) & Reopen the Dance Floor—After all of the special events are completed, the DJ will initiate group dances such as the Electric Slide, Cha Cha Slide, Macarena, Conga line, Chicken Dance, etc.. With the energy back on the dance floor, your DJ will continue the dance music program until the end of the wedding.
