We use only professional grade cameras & lighting (not consumer home video cameras/lighting you can buy at your local retail store). Our videographers, years’ of experience, have the visual expertise to get in position, inconspicuously, to capture the best shot at that moment without being in the way of your guests and other vendors (photographers). Our staff is trained to compliment and respect other vendors at your event. We work together as a “team” with everyone to make your event extra special!
What We Do
At your event, our Videographer(s) will capture:
- Arrival of you and your guests
- Ceremony events (Weddings & Mitzvahs)
- Reception events (Weddings & Mitzvahs)
- Speeches / Toasts
- Dancing & Special events
- Interviews of you and your guests
- Departure (if necessary)
Every event is unique, and our videographers can capture anything you request prior to your event and during your event as well. Just ask us and we’ll do it! NOTE: A percentage discount will apply to these rates if you have contracted our Disc Jockey service for the same event.
What You Get
Once our videographer(s) completed capturing the footage at your event, it is then uploaded digitally into our professional Editing program (Final Cut Pro by Apple) and carefully edited by our expert video staff into a professionally produced final product for you, your family, and friends will enjoy forever. Approximately 30 to 45 days after your event date, you will receive the following:
- 2 Copies on DVD (Gold Archival discs).
- Personalized designed artwork labeled onto the DVD disc and inserted on the outside of the case.
- Custom delivered in a soft poly plastic (non-breakable) standard size DVD case for easy storage.
Note: Generally projects are edited to an average of approximately 45 minutes to one hour. Your total project time may vary depending on the overall footage captured and edited.
* Additional DVD copies available upon request. Additional fees apply.
* Raw footage tapes are available if requested within 30 days after the date of your event. These are provided on MiniDV format (digital video cassettes). Additional fees apply.

Using Party Masters Entertainment for your Disc Jockey and Videography services at your event is beneficial for two reasons. First, multiple services at the same event strengthen the DJ performance and capturing of footage for the videographer, since both services prepare together in advance, opposed to a guessing game at your event. Most importantly, worked together in the past. Second, you’ll save hundreds of dollars on our services since a percentage discount will be applied off our regular prices (a multi-service discount will apply).
